1. Shipping Coverage
Plumery currently delivers within India only.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed in approximately 48 working hours from the time of order confirmation.
- Order processing and dispatch take place only on working days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.
Processing includes order verification, payment confirmation, quality checks, packaging and handover to our courier partners.
3. Dispatch & Courier Partners
- All orders are shipped via registered and trusted third-party courier partners.
- Once dispatched, delivery is managed entirely by the courier service.
Plumery does not operate its own delivery fleet.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are indicative estimates and may vary based on location and external factors.
Wall Art
- Major cities: 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Other locations: Up to 10–12 working days
Wallpapers
- Wallpapers are printed to order
- Printing + delivery typically takes 10–15 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, regional accessibility, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000
- Flat ₹200 shipping charge on orders below ₹2,000
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
6. Address & Delivery Responsibility
- Orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout
- Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Address details are accurate and complete
- An appropriate person is available at the delivery location on the delivery day
A signature or delivery acknowledgment may be required at the time of delivery.
7. Missed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is missed, our courier partners will typically attempt delivery again within 24–48 hours
- Couriers usually make up to two delivery attempts before returning the shipment to us
If delivery fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
Plumery reserves the right to recover shipping costs or charge an amount equivalent to the product and delivery cost.
8. Restricted Delivery Areas
Plumery reserves the right to:
- Restrict deliveries to certain pin codes or regions
- Modify or eliminate delivery availability to specific areas without prior notice
9. Delays & Exceptional Circumstances
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Transport disruptions
- The payment gateway may automatically reverse the amount to your account
Such issues can occur due to temporary system or banking delays. All payments are reconciled regularly.
